Tim Ambler

Executive Director

Tim’s property expertise is underpinned by extensive experience in the construction and development industry, with particular experience with private companies, listed real estate funds managers and government bodies.

He has been involved in property acquisitions, development approval strategies, financing of developments, design and construction, as well as the sale of assets.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney as well as formal building qualifications. He has served on several advisory panels to State and Federal Governments and has held committee positions with the NSW Division of the Property Council.

Steve Howes

Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate and project finance in Australia and South East Asia, including 9 years with Standard Chartered Bank and 7 years with NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia).

Since the late 1990s Steve has specialised in the Australian property industry as a strategic adviser, financier and institutional fund manager.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) and a Master of Business Administration. He is a licenced real estate agent in NSW and was appointed a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute in 2005.

Michael Kwok

Director

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry across a broad range of sectors within diverse organisations including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia/Colonial First State, Valad Property Group, and Dexus.

With extensive hands-on experience and a broad skill set, Michael has a consistent record of delivering positive commercial outcomes on complex tasks and assignments.

Michael’s areas of expertise include capital transactions, development origination and delivery, asset management, and design and construction.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Design Science, both from the University of Sydney.
